At The Building Behavior Quest, we encourage the use of evidence-based treatment methods based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and procedures including but not limited to Verbal Behavior strategies, Natural Environment Training (NET), Fluency Based Instruction, and Direct Instruction.
Our mission here at The Building Behavior Quest is to promote top tier behavioral services for individuals and their families. By using a scientific approach, we provide an enjoyable and stimulating learning environment to promote social validity. Our goal is to create a more meaningful everyday life for all people!
Each program is individualized to meet the individual of interest’s needs. We strive in assuring that each client meets eligibility requirements and appropriateness for admission to treatment. We then begin treatment planning by completing initial assessments including but not limited to Functional Behavior Assessments, Preference Assessments, VB-MAPP, AFLS, ABLLS, etc., in order to guide instruction and develop the most effective treatment plan possible for each individual. Skill areas include foundation, imitation, communication, motor play, daily living. Visual discrimination, vocal, social, and academics. Each skill area/domain contains specific curriculum designed to increase each individual’s functioning and independence. Each Individual Treatment Plan goal will be established with the collaboration of parents, and/or the home school district, and/or other professionals that form the multidisciplinary team
